Most organisations know what they have. Cameras, an alarm, guards, a plan in a drawer somewhere. Fewer know where the gaps are, because a gap does not show until it matters.

This is not a scorecard for equipment. It looks at ten points that decide whether a site holds up, from the perimeter and entry control to backup power and outside contractors. At the end you see which are covered, which are partly covered and which are open.
